Supply cap, mint absence, committed vesting, and verified-volume emission are constitutional. Parameter bands are votable; widening a band requires an elevated threshold.
On-chain voting
Adjustable parameters move on-chain. Foundation retains a narrowly defined safety veto with published grounds.
Veto sunset
Veto removal is irreversible, gated on participation, unused-veto period, and independent review.
